SRO Software Ltd t/a ProcurementExpress.com having its office at Warrenstown House, Warrenstown, Dunboyne, Co. Meath, Ireland. Being the provider of certain online software products and is prepared to provide them to your lead in the recommendations program on the terms and conditions set out below.
1. Commissions on the recommendations program are only paid out when the following conditions are met:
1.1. A lead has signed up for a trial via the unique link that has been supplied to you via email.
1.2. The lead mentioned in 1.1. has gone through the ProcurementExpress.com sales cycle and signed up as a customer for a minimum of 3 months.
1.3. Commission paid out on the referral program is a once-off payment and not a recurring payout.
1.4. The customer can sign up for a monthly or annual subscription. When they have chosen a monthly subscription, then the commission payout to you will only be after the 3rd payment. 3 months can also be paid upfront and monthly thereafter if this is arranged with the customer.
2. Sales cycle:
2.1. There is no need to follow up with your lead or to sell them. Only the initial trial sign-up from your recommendation is required. The sales cycle will be done by our internal sales team.
3. Support and onboarding:
3.1. Support and onboarding are done by our internal team, so there is no need to provide this to your lead.
