About ProcurementExpress
ProcurementExpress (SRO Software Ltd) is an Irish, EU-registered procure-to-pay software company. We're looking for someone to own our public-sector and enterprise tender responses for P2P and procurement software, from go/no-go through to submission.
What You'll Do
- Review the RFPs and tenders flagged in our pipeline and recommend which to bid on, based on fit, eligibility and effort.
- Register and manage our accounts on tender portals (eTenders, TED, SAM.gov, UK Find a Tender and others) and keep track of clarification deadlines and submission dates.
- Write and assemble full responses: compliance matrices, technical and functional answers, security and GDPR questionnaires, SLAs, pricing schedules and case studies.
- Gather paperwork from the team (insurance, registrations, SAM status, past tenders) and bid content (boilerplate, product capabilities, case studies, security docs, pricing, brand assets).
- Keep our bid library up to date so each new response is faster than the last.
- Follow up after awards, ask for debriefs, and feed what we learn into the next bid.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years writing tenders or RFP responses, ideally for SaaS or B2B software.
- Familiar with EU/Irish public procurement rules, and ideally US federal/state bidding too.
- Clear, persuasive written English and real attention to detail with formats, word limits and mandatory requirements.
- Organised enough to run several bids at once and hit hard deadlines.
- Comfortable working from product docs and turning features (approvals, purchase orders, budgets, SAP integration, API) into answers that score well.
Nice to Have
- Experience with procurement, finance or ERP software.
- APMP certification or similar.
- Experience with security and compliance questionnaires (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
How Success Is Measured
- Number of qualified bids submitted on time, with no rejections for non-compliance.
- Win rate and shortlist rate.
- How quickly we can turn around a standard response.
