Sage Intacct integration
Approved invoices become AP bills in Sage Intacct, your dimensions and vendors stay in sync, and payment status comes back, so nobody re-keys the same bill twice.
Build these steps into everyday purchasing.
Go to Settings > Integrations > Sage Intacct and enter your Web Services credentials: Sender ID and password, Company ID, Web Services user and password, and server URL.
Departments, locations, GL accounts, projects, and other dimensions sync from Sage Intacct, so requests are coded the way your books expect.
Vendor and supplier records sync both ways, so purchasing and finance work from the same list.
Once an invoice is approved in ProcurementExpress, it is created as an AP bill in Sage Intacct. Purchase orders stay in ProcurementExpress.
When a bill is paid in Sage Intacct, the payment status updates in ProcurementExpress, so requesters and approvers can see it.
Set the GL posting date on the invoice to control the accounting period. Leave it blank and the approval date is used. This needs GL posting date override enabled in Sage Intacct.
