Start a recurring PO
Go to Purchase Orders, Recurring, and click New Recurring PO. Or, from a PO you already have, open the Actions menu and choose Make Recurring, and the form opens pre-filled from that PO.
Recurring purchase orders
Rent, a retainer, maintenance or a subscription: set the purchase order up once as a recurring series. Submit it once, one approval request covers the whole series, and the series total is committed to your budgets.
Build these steps into everyday purchasing.
Go to Purchase Orders, Recurring, and click New Recurring PO. Or, from a PO you already have, open the Actions menu and choose Make Recurring, and the form opens pre-filled from that PO.
Repeat weekly, monthly or yearly, choose the day, and pick a start and end date. Tick the box for a reminder five days before each PO is due. One approval request covers the whole series, and the series total is committed to your budgets.
Each occurrence appears as its own purchase order, with approval managed at the series level. Nothing goes to the supplier automatically, so review it, then send it. Manage every series, its schedule, the next occurrence and its status under Purchase Orders, Recurring.
